Campaign Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Campaign Delivery Manager to support across a number of our clients in a variety of sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of an outbound sales campaigns with a total advisor headcount of 50 to 100. The role requires you to be capable of multi-tasking across a variety of outbound sales and service based roles, managing team leaders and delivering results for our clients.

The role will be based at our brand new offices located on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield (S11). Our offices are a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas, with free private on-site parking.

Salary:

This role has a basic salary between £30,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience) per annum.

We also offer a competitive uncapped bonus scheme based on your teams performance.

Key Responsibilities:

– As an operations manager, you will be confident in maintaining a successful and motivated department that delivers all KPI’s to the business and the client.

– Championing commercial initiatives to improve revenue and margin across the department and business.

– Engage in regular contact with all stakeholders involving the client through channels including reports, daily updates, conference calls and monthly business reviews.

– Ensuring Client Satisfaction across all KPI’s.

– Motivating and monitoring the Team Managers and Agents, ensuring appropriate management tools are in place and implemented to achieve and deliver optimum results.

– Developing the support team in their abilities and personal development.

– Managing and delivering the data and dialling strategy for the campaign, identifying trends and optimising opportunities to ensure KPI’s are exceeded.

– Accurate forecasting and optimising resources and costs to ensure budgetary requirements are met.

– Effectively managing your own time and that of your Support Team to ensure all duties are completed and the team is managed appropriately and in line with our policies and processes.

What are we looking for?

– The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience of managing a successful outbound sales call centre operation.

– Proven track record in managing an outbound sales campaign.

– You will be hard working, self-motivated and dedicated.

– You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

– The ability to motivate a Team and Team managers to achieve all relevant KPI’s.

– Data & Dialler Management.

– You will have experience of analysing data and trends to continually improve the performance of the team.
