We provide our new-starters with first-rate training in order to help them thrive – find out how you can reach your highest potential at CC33.

In-House training

No matter their previous experience, our sales agents are trained to the highest standard when joining the CC33 team.

When training new team members, we ensure they are well-equipped in all skills area, including customer service and brand knowledge. The training and support doesn’t stop when new staff are settled in, however, as all team members are encouraged to progress as far as they desire.

Management Training

For team members keen to progress their careers further within CC33, we offer fully funded, employee-led training courses. These are open to all staff, including those already holding a degree or a higher qualification.

The 10-12-week courses, which cover a wide range of topics and skills, can all be studied via distance learning and are assessed via assignments. The courses are accredited and upon passing, staff will receive a VRS certificate Level 2 qualification.
