How do we collect information from you?

We will collect information at cc33.co.uk in two ways:

How long do you keep hold of my information?

CC33 FS Ltd has a Data Retention Policy which mandates how long records, including personal data, must be retained. Retention periods are determined by legislation and business requirements. In most cases we will hold your data for 12 months after last contact, unless a legal or regulatory obligation requires that we hold this data for a superseding period of time.

CC33 FS Ltd operates on behalf of a number of clients to provide services and will process customer data as a part of this service provision. 

Where we obtain data to provide our services 

Data used to provide clients services can be obtained from either the client company who are we operating on behalf of or the following;

  • Lead365
  • Interactive Data
  • TPL Media

Where data is obtained from the companies listed above, due diligence is conducted to ascertain that he correct and appropriate consents have been obtained. 

Throughout delivery of these services, the data will be processed by us and additional may be taken as provided by the individual data subjects.  This information will then be shared with our respective client so that agreed products and services can be supplied.
